Sebastian & Bunny

December 2024

Sebastian doesn’t believe in love or marriage. He charters a boat for a week off the grid. Bunny is crew and she and Sebastian immediately clash.

When they are shipwrecked with Sebastian suffering from amnesia, their relationship heats up but he warns Bunny that once they’re rescued he will walk away because he always walks away from women.

Life for them becomes more complicated but Bunny doesn’t want a guy who can’t give her love.

UPDATE (Jan 2025): Sebastian and Bunny’s story will be called the “Shock Greek Heir“.

Excerpts From the Book

‘Who turned you into a Stepford wife?’

Sebastian returned from a busy morning on the beach, having gathered up his dry clothes from the rocks on his way, checked out the ripped remains of the life raft and set up a marker bonfire at the foot of the island. He walked back into the house and heaved a sigh, knowing that he had to eat. He was stunned into initial silence when he saw Bunny busily moving round the kitchen, covered in a giant navy apron.

‘Who turned you into a Stepford wife?’ he quipped.

Bunny froze and then spun round, a smile lighting up her face. ‘Where have you been?’ she demanded automatically. ‘I mean, what is there to do out there? Where is there to go?’

Sebastian grinned with intense pleasure. ‘Is this what being married feels like?’

She almost threw her phone.

Are you ashamed of your condition?

He was clearly furious at that suspicion.

And that was it.

She almost threw her phone, the one he had bought her, through the windscreen in her rage with him. She didn’t respond. Her phone kept on beeping with incoming texts and she ignored it. Sebastian was so particular about the details of absolutely everything. Every P and Q had to be minded and every T crossed. Sometimes he infuriated her and she wasn’t dealing with that when she was supposed to be working. She just didn’t want to let her family know that she was expecting until she had talked to Sebastian.

‘That’s sensible.’

‘So what do you plan to do?’

‘In the interests of fairness, offer them a decent settlement, continue to employ them and revise that trust for my child’s sake and ensure that a daughter will not be discounted. I’m determined to prevent the bitterness revisiting the next generation if we have more than one child,’ he proffered calmly.

Bunny nodded thoughtfully. ‘That’s sensible.’
